Autumn Rosé 2022

This is a great Rosé to transition from summer, with inviting notes of cherry blossom and pie cherry. The 100% barrel fermentation affords subtle hints of almonds, hazelnuts and baking spice like cinnamon and nutmeg, giving the wine more complexity and depth. Notes of caramelised orange peel and grapefruit envelope the bouquet while cherry and pear linger on the finish. This wine gives you warmth and hugs you like a cashmere sweater. 

This wine is best suited with tomatoes and pairs well with pastas, comfort foods, light meats and fish.
