The Summer Rosé opens with an intense bouquet of pineapple, apricot flower and grassy notes. The first sip reminds me of having Piña Colada on the beach. Peach, cantaloupe, coconut and mango notes are balanced by stone and mineral undertone. Notes of papaya and lemongrass round out this beautiful summer wine.
