FH Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

An easy wine to like, with concentrated fruit, healthy tannins and mouthwatering freshness that invites another sip. Enticing aromas of violet, spice and dark plum herald rich, vibrant flavors of blackberry, blueberry and dark chocolate. The tannins are ample and ripe, focusing the fruit, dried herb and subtle, lightly-toasted oak tones that linger in the finish. Just hitting its stride now, the 2017 will reward six to eight years in the cellar. The 2017 FH Cabernet is a blend of seven outstanding vineyards from across the Columbia Valley, with a splash of Malbec.
