Description
Chardonnay displays its most delicate, pure and complex expression in the same marginal climate where its red brethren thrives. Natively fermented and aged on its lees for twelve months in barrels followed by six months in a stainless-steel tank. Kept unfiltered ahead of bottling in March 2021.
