Foris Pinot Gris 2021

Our 2021 Pinot Gris was harvested in early morning cool temperatures in early October, whole cluster pressed into tanks. After settling for two days, the juice was racked off solids and fermented in stainless steel to capture the bright fresh fruit character. Bright straw-gold in color, our 2021 Pinot gris opens with aromatics of white flowers, white peach and has a bright core of acidity on the palate layered with white peach, nectarine, apricot, star fruit, flint, and sea salt.
