Today I am going to introduce you to the best bbq sauce in the world and share a little bit about what brought me here today. I want to start off by telling you my story.

My mom Dorothy L Williams owns a Soul Food Restaurant in Alabama. My mom is a great cook, she loves to cook, and she has cooked her whole life. My mom does not mess around when it comes to her cooking! When I say she does not mess around, I mean that! She even rejected my sauce the first time I sent it to her to sample.

I always love eating her cooking. It was not until I moved to Washington State that I realized how much I missed her cooking. Since I have been eating her foods, one of my favorite memories was her white bbq sauce. It has a Southern taste that is not spicy that I had to have. I could use the white bbq sauce on all my meats. I would just pour it on my food and let it do its thing.

I felt like a part of me was left in the South. I later moved back to Alabama and worked for my mom for over 10 years. I learned how to cook a lot of different foods and perfect the white bbq sauce. My mom does not write her receipts down. So, my learning was on the fly and taste of her cooked foods.

I remembered mentioning to my mom about putting her white sauce on the market her response to me was, "You do it, I’ve done enough!" In 2015 I moved back to Washington with my son. Remembering what my mom told me, I knew 2 things: (1) l was going to make my mom’s white bbq sauce a part of everyone in the world’s life, and (2) to keep my mom’s legacy alive, I had to do it from the Northwest. Knowing, Ms Dot’s Southern White BBQ Sauces is the best White BBQ Sauce in the world. This is when my journey truly started.
